Post Graduate in Management from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, with more than 18 years middle to senior level exposure in business development, general management and strategic consulting, having worked for leading multinationals and international consulting organizations. With core areas of expertise including Total Quality, Marketing, Communication, Business Policy and Strategic Management, he has been in high-end training and consulting across industries, and is an established expert in service excellence and business systems. He has wide exposure to international markets, experience of working with governments and international agencies such as the UNIDO.
